CANCELLING YOUR ORDER IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
14.1 Once the customer has placed an order it cannot be cancelled. If so delivery charges and 2% of value of the product will be deducted from the customer. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Lightingsouq and accept Lightingsouq decision regarding the cancellation.
If you received a damaged product, then you may contact/register your complaint to our customer service or call our toll free number for further proceedings within 24 hours of the receipt.
In case of non-availability of the stock, the company shall refund the full amount paid by the customer. The customer will not be liable to get any compensation for any reason whatsoever, including non-availability of the stock/product, delay in delivery and service. The refund will be credited within 7 – 10 working days after acceptance.
